1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VisionSync products and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Permitted Use
The Service is provided for lawful personal and educational use. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.
3. Accounts and Security
To access certain features you must register and maintain an account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, Billing and Renewals
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing and billing cycles are provided at purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method and to collect applicable taxes. Billing is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
5. Refund Policy
We provide refunds in limited circumstances and per the following guidelines. For clarity and fairness, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
- Monthly subscriptions: full refund may be issued if requested within 48 hours of the initial purchase and account usage is consistent with a trial; we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear misuse.
- Yearly subscriptions: full refund may be issued if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds may be pro-rated at our discretion taking into account usage and billing history.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the processor.
- To request a refund, contact support at info@geosoftgroup.com with your account details and an explanation; include transaction identifiers when available.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and software provided through the Service are the property of VisionSync or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionSync and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VisionSync operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in the law, the Service, or business practices. If we make material changes, we will provide notice and update the effective date. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
